IronCrest Roofing Co. was founded in Denver, Colorado in 2006 by Garrett Voss, a third-generation roofer who spent eight years working for large roofing chains and watching the same pattern repeat: high-volume bids, subcontracted crews, minimal quality oversight, and clients left wondering if what happened under their new shingles was actually done properly.
Garrett started IronCrest with one foundational rule: every crew member is an employee. Not a subcontractor. Not a day laborer called in to hit a schedule. An employee who wears our name on their truck, who has been trained to our standards, and who is accountable to us — and through us, to you.
